Matt walked into our first home and talked for TWO HOURS about how perfect the market was for us, that “now is the time” chat, without being pushy. He gave us tips on what he thought we should do to get our house ready to list all the while addressing every single worry we had (should we paint the cabinets, does this room look too small, etc.) and making us feel like we were his only clients. Sure other realtors can come and chat with you but here’s where it gets good. Matt sent us a breakdown SAME. DAY. within the hour, a “Here’s what you’ll make if you sell soon” breakdown and let me just tell you, we were SHOCKED. We took some time to sleep on it, I mean it was our first home, where we brought our newborn baby, we weren’t sure if we were ready. Matt never pushed, it took us two weeks and he reached out ONCE to make sure we didn’t have any questions. We pulled the trigger and within a matter of minutes we had a schedule in our inbox, this day pressure washing, this day landscape, this day professional photography - I mean WHAT?! FOR FREE! (No hidden fees, not a dime).
           
            Matt’s team (SUCH an amazing group of people) were available to chat on the phone and answer any questions we had, within a matter of minutes. I know other realtors could offer the same sort of service but it gets better. Our house sold for over asking, in less than 2 weeks, and we were officially on the hunt. We stumbled on our DREAM home and it hadn’t yet hit the market. I was nervous, called Matt nearly in tears “I. Must. Have. This. House.” and what did he do? Called the listing agent who wasn’t ready to activate, convinced her to activate, allowed us a private showing and from our garage loft, hit submit on our offer (it was drafted and ready to go, we hit a button!). Because Matt has networked all over and made meaningful relationships with other realtors, they accepted our contingent offer, no questions asked. WE ARE IN OUR DREAM HOME. Matt and his team give you more than your typical realtor, exponentially more. I didn’t schedule one inspection, ask for one invoice, request one document for closing, I DID NOTHING and that was worth it’s weight in gold. If you’re stressed about selling, call Matt.         One thing that jumped out at me right away when meeting Matt was he was very knowledgeable and passionate about his profession.  Matt and his team are clearly raising the bar on what we all think a realtor should be.  After dealing with other realtors in the past, I was skeptical of what he could provide.  I was also skeptical of our listing price.  But after 2 day on the market and an offer 10k over asking price, Matt clearly delivered.  Throughout the process he was very responsive and had solid solutions for any problems that came up.  One of our biggest challenges was dealing with the coronavirus while trying to close on the house.  Matt and his team kept us updated throughout the process and somehow kept everything on time.  He clearly wants to earn your trust and will work his tail off to gain it.

          Matt and his team were a true one stop shop when selling our home and we could not be more pleased. We contacted Matt a few years ago about possibly selling our home after we saw how quick and painless he was able to make the process for our neighbors. We waited a few years, and during that time Matt was respectful and followed up periodically. When we were ready we reached out to him. From the first meeting with him through the day we listed our house he provided everything we needed with ease. These services included free power washing, free staging (which was amazing), and free beautiful professional pictures of our home. Our home sold quicker than we expected and Matt made sure that we had a place to go (he even had a rental lined up for us) if we needed it.

            I am person who asks a ton of questions and Matt and his team were always quick to respond and get me an answer. Matt made sure to provide us with updates as COVID-19 came into the picture on how that would impact our closing process and even made that process very simple. Given the current environment his team was able to navigate a way to make closing quick and painless.
           
            Bottom line- aside from packing up our house, we had nothing to worry about with the sale of our home. Matt and his team covered everything to make the process quick and easy. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home in the future!

Matt is basically what you would call an all inclusive realtor. He made the home buying process seem like a breeze. I am not the type of person to comfortably sit back because I want to know things are being done and being done correctly. I dont have much faith unless I'm performing tasks myself. Working with Matt really helped to ease any anxiety you can get from purchasing a home. He is up to date and extremely knowledgeable on codes, laws, processes and even what would be good reno ideas in the event would sell in the future. He answered all my questions in a timely manner in the middle of the night and at the crack of dawn! I even believe he was working my home purchase while he was supposed to be on vacation! It's rare to find this kind of dedication and commitment and to get from Matt has been such a pleasure. I also enjoyed the fact that he deals in the 21st century. A lot of documents were done digitally online which made it easy for a quick turn around on a mod to the contract or any extra additive. Some realtors can spend days hunting down physical signatures and scanning paper copies. I love that Matt stays current with the times that we are living in. He is the realtor of the future that I'm so glad we have today!!! 10/10 would recommend
